This Directory was compiled in conjunction with a national transition-focused meeting, at which Federally supported projects and center staff, submitted descriptions. This meeting was hosted by the Federal Interagency Partners in Transition Workgroup. This group, launched in 2005, brings together Federal representatives to address youth, transition, and disability issues.
