Saline Schools Enrollment Process

Registration for 2011-2012 starts March 7th.

Registration takes place at the District Information Office located in Liberty School, 7265 Saline-Ann Arbor Rd.., Saline, MI 48176.  Registration hours are 8:00 – 4:00, Monday through Friday.  Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

You must be a resident of the Saline School District to attend Saline Schools.

To enroll in Saline Area Schools, please fill out the forms listed below and return to the District Office at Liberty School (7265 Saline Ann Arbor Rd.., Saline, MI 48176):

K-12 enrollment packet

If your child has an active IEP, please bring with you to registration.

Please bring with you to enrollment:
•    Original Birth Certificate
•    Proof of Residency (see list on form above)
•    Immunization Records (basis for immunization law)

•    Proof of Guardianship (if the student is not living with either parent, proof of guardianship from the Probate Court must be submitted.  This must be updated annually).  Please review: WHAT GUARDIANSHIP OR LIMITED GUARDIANSHIP MEANS: A GUIDE FOR SCHOOLS, PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
   
•    Court Documents (a parent who wishes to have the school limit access to their child by the other parent, must provide legal documentation to this affect at time of registration.  The school cannot deny a natural parent access to his/her child without documentation on file).

•    Custody Papers (if parents are divorced, please provide papers of who has custody).
