ID Badge Policies
A new badge is issued to all newly-hired staff.
Badges lost must be replaced at a cost of $10.
If the badge is damaged it may be replaced for $5.
Pictures will not be retaken unless staff members can no longer be easily recognized by the file photo.
Staff members that move from one building to another building will be replaced at no charge.
Badges will be reprinted for staff members that have a name change.
