Saline Bands

Marching Band
Marching Band is an extracurricular activity. Any student enrolled in band, orchestra, or choir may be a member of the Saline High School Marching Band. Students must be enrolled in their music class for the entire year to be eligible.

Rehearsals are 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday evenings and 6:45 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. Wednesday through Friday mornings during the football season and before each community parade. Occasional sectionals may be scheduled at 6:15am. All members must attend pre-camp and camp during the summer as well as scheduled rehearsals and sectionals.

There is a financial obligation of $250 to participate in the Marching Band

Instrumentation: Trumpet, Mellophone (French Horn with a bell front), Trombone, Baritone, Tuba, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Piccolo, Clarinet, *Percussion, *Flag, *Majorette, *Drum Major.

Marching Band Festival-Monday, October 13th, 2008 in the evening

Marching Band Festival Rain Date-Monday, October 20th, 2008 in the evening

Band o Rama-Monday, March 30th, 2009 at 6:30pm and 8:00pm
